01 / Getting started
Getting started
Which solution should I start with?
Begin with the product if you still need supply. Begin with the receiving and stock plan if you already own inventory. You can connect a supported store when you are ready to bring order work into the system.
Which store platforms are available?
The authorization dialog offers Shopify, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop and Etsy. There is also a local-store option and an API-settings entry for discussing other integration needs.
Do I need to connect a store before sourcing?
You can start with a sourcing request. Include the product reference, specification, destination and expected volume so the team has enough context.
02 / Sourcing & packaging
Sourcing & packaging
What belongs in a sourcing request?
Product name, destination, target product cost excluding freight, reference links or images, specifications, expected volume, acceptable alternatives and packaging or logo requirements.
Can I use my own packaging?
Discuss the materials and artwork with the team. Confirm the quantity, cost, lead time and packing rule before the materials are used for customer orders.
Is every product available without a minimum?
Quantity requirements and availability depend on the product and supplier. Confirm them in the quotation.
03 / Orders & stock
Orders & stock
Why is my order waiting?
The member system separates quote, payment, processing and exception stages. Review the order record and its current queue to identify the action needed.
How do available and reserved stock differ?
Available stock can be allocated to new order work. Reserved stock is already held for an order or process. Review the record in context before planning additional orders or replenishment.
Where should I send inventory?
Confirm the receiving address and inbound requirements directly with the team. The company contact address should not be used as an unconfirmed shipping instruction.
04 / Pricing & delivery
Pricing & delivery
Is an online estimate the final charge?
No. The member freight trial is an estimate. Warehouse measurements, applicable carrier terms and booking confirmation determine the official freight charge.
What information helps compare routes?
Provide destination, postcode, product category, actual packed weight and outer dimensions. Describe batteries, liquids, fragility or other handling needs.
What is included in the fulfillment-profit report?
It is a fulfillment-focused view. Its stated scope excludes advertising, selling-platform and payment fees, taxes and marketplace commissions. Add those separately for a complete business margin.
