ONE COMPLETE JOURNEY
Every handoff
has a next step.
Processing, cross-border transport and local delivery shape the overall experience. Keep the full path in view when planning your service.
START WITH THE CUSTOMER PROMISE
Choose what
matters most.
These are planning priorities, not fixed service tiers. Availability and transit estimates come from the live route quotation.
PLANNING PRIORITY / 01
Make the full cost visible.
When the delivery promise is flexible, compare the available economical services against parcel restrictions, tracking detail and the complete delivery window.
Consider the total cost, not only the first quoted rate.PLANNING PRIORITY / 02
Balance the promise and the parcel.
Start with your normal customer expectation. Compare the available route’s processing, transport and last-mile stages before choosing the service.
Useful when you need a repeatable everyday delivery plan.PLANNING PRIORITY / 03
Find the right option for urgency.
Ask which faster services accept the product and postcode. Confirm cutoff times, chargeable weight and any extra fees before promising an arrival date.
The best choice depends on the live services for the destination.PARCEL PLANNING
Weight is only
half the picture.
See how package size can change the weight used for pricing.
Planning illustration. Carriers apply their own divisor, rounding and measurement rules; this is not a freight quote.
THE MEMBER FREIGHT TRIAL
Compare before
you commit.
The member system accepts a destination and parcel weight, with optional dimensions and postcode. Use the trial estimate to plan, then confirm the official quotation and warehouse measurements.
- Destination and weight are the starting point
- Dimensions help account for volumetric weight
- Postcode can affect remote-area fees

What is needed for a useful estimate?
Destination country, actual parcel weight, length, width, height and postcode. Also tell the team about batteries, liquids, fragile items or other product-specific requirements.
Does the member freight trial confirm my price?
No. The member system explicitly labels the freight trial as an estimate. Carrier terms, warehouse weighing and booking confirmation determine the final cost.
Why can the billed weight differ from the item weight?
Carriers may use the larger of actual weight and volumetric weight, and then apply route-specific rounding. Packaging and warehouse measurements can change the final chargeable weight.
Can I choose based on an exact guaranteed date?
Ask the team for the currently available service and its terms. Separate warehouse processing time from transport estimates, and confirm restrictions before committing to a customer promise.
How should I report a delayed or exceptional order?
Use the relevant order reference and the ticket area in your member account, or send it to the team through WhatsApp. Include the destination and the last known milestone.
