Connect the selling channel
Begin with the store that will send the orders. Check the authorization state and store configuration before expecting work to appear.

[ ] Complete authorization and check the enabled state

Prepare the product
An order needs an identifiable product, a confirmed supply arrangement and an understandable pack.
[ ] Match the product and variant details
[ ] Confirm supply, packaging and destination requirements

Review the order decision
Quotation, payment and processing are distinct stages. Check the current queue and act on the requirement shown.
[ ] Review the quotation and applicable costs
[ ] Complete required confirmation and payment before processing

Keep follow-up connected
If an issue needs attention, give the team a reference that connects the question to the work.
[ ] Record the relevant order reference and last known stage
